UC Agriculture and Natural Resources Nondiscrimination Statement In accordance with all applicable state and federal laws and University policy, the University of California, Agriculture and Natural Resources, does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, (including limited English proficiency) (Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Title VI)), disability (Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504)), sex (Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 (Title IX), Section 13 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972 (FWPCA)), and age (Age Discrimination Act of 1975) (Age Discrimination Act), gender identity, pregnancy (including pregnancy, childbirth, and medical conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth), physical or mental disability, age, medical condition (cancer related or genetic characteristics), ancestry, marital status, citizenship, sexual orientation, or veteran or military status.

To file a program discrimination complaint, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, AD-3027, found online at How to File a Program Discrimination Complaint and at any USDA office or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
